Project Title: Replace 24" Hydrogen Vent Line: 

 Installed a 24" stainless steel hydrogen vent line at the A-1 Stand for NASA. This included the removal of approximately 1,160' of aluminum pipe and the   replacement of 1,160' of 24" stainless steel pipe. The project included new pipe shoes, made of stainless steel and the reuse of existing concrete pipe   supports. The pipe was cleaned using a high-pressure hot water blast, and each weld was radiographed 100%.  

 Project Title: Install Underground Storage Facility: 

 For this project we installed an underground fuel tank system for NASA, this project took place behind the E Complex. It involved purchasing two fuel   tanks a 20,000 gal RP Tank and a 10,000 gal Jet Fuel Tank. Along with pipe supports, stainless steel pipe and various pumps, valves and other inline   devices. also, including concrete foundations the two foundations for the underground tank were 18' below ground. After the installation was completed,   the system required precision cleaning. 

 Project Title: LOX Safe Heaven 

 This project consists of the installation of cryogenic piping along with stainless process piping to expand the barge docks and truck loading facility. With   the experience of Eden Cryogenics, the engineering and fabrication of the VJ piping is being completed with great team work. This project also includes   structual foundations and structual steel, including two new barge dock leveling systems. 

                                                                                                             A few to list: 

•  Rooftop Fan Project(paper mill): This project involved removing 12 industrial rooftop fans/structures. And replacing them with 7 new owner provided fans, we also installed 5 blank covers for where old fans were removed but not replaced due to the efficiency of the new fans.          Clarification:  Fans were owner provided, and owner conducted all electrical work. 

• Enviromental Clean-up(pipe mill): This project involved excavating contaminated soil and disposing of in owner provided dumpsters. Additionally cleaning out old pits, filling in pits, pouring new concrete, and preparing the building for new use. 

• Pneumatic Compressor Upgrades(pipe mill): The installation of Approximately 1000ft of various size piping. This also included constructing a new foundation, as well as the placement of owner provided equipment. Such as, a compressor, two accumulator tanks, and a dryer. 

• Pipe Conveyor Rehabilitation(pipe mill): Prior to the construction, the conveyor line suffered from lack of stability and looseness. Trans-Gulf addressed this issue by removing the old, excavating the trench, installing embeds, rebar, and concrete; to ensure a robust foundation. We refurbished the conveyor components and welded them to the new embed. Gauranteeing a secure and reliable conveyor line.
